I am a passionate coach, facilitator, Zen practice guide, TaiChi instructor and student and assistant of Zen master Fr. AMA Samy. I guide my clients in their late 30s, 40s and 50s (and 60s and 70s too!) to discover their passion, live with a zest for life, build a successful second innings of career, and find joy and peace. Believe in and actively work for co-creating compassionate business organisations and communities through empathy, collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
With respect to Life Coaching, i have been an ICF certified coach (since 2014) trained by Ram Ramanathan of Coacharya. Have multiple certifications and credentials in coaching , positive psychology, NLP (Dr. Richard McHugh and Owen Fitz Patrick) and system theory (Gene Bellinger).
Currently am empanelled coach for one of the foremost business houses in India for their DEI Leadership program and a Mentor Coach at Wipro. Also coach a number of individual clients from Corporate leaders to KSRTC bus drivers.

A DTM ( Distinguished Toastmaster) and a Past President of Garden City speakers Forum and founder of Wipro Toastmasters club.
After completing a mid life/career full time MA Education from Azim Premji Uty , Bangalore worked as an Educator for an NGO and as a School teacher.
Interests : Zen, Philosophy, Taichi, + Psychology, Phenomenology, Hermeneutics, System theory and Writing .
Like: Simple joys of life and pet peeves : Fanatics of all hues and slaves of isms.
